Admission & Tickets

All guests must hold a valid ticket or pass for entry. Tickets are non-transferable unless stated otherwise. Prices vary by season and channel of purchase.

Park Rules & Safety

Height and age restrictions apply to certain rides — follow all signage and lifeguard instructions
Appropriate swimwear is required (speedos, rash guards, burkinis, etc.)
Guests under 12 must be accompanied by an adult unless otherwise stated
We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove guests who violate park rules

Refunds & Cancellations

Refund policies depend on ticket type and point of purchase. Please refer to your booking confirmation or contact our team for assistance.

Participation in waterpark activities involves inherent risks. Guests participate at their own risk subject to applicable UAE law and our posted safety guidelines.
